The Thang: I explained the fun and we got to work.
Laps around the school with various reps of either single or double count. Started with singe count burpees. Run to blocks double count skull crushers, curls, and dips. Run to pullup bars singe count pull ups. Run to planters at front of school, double count merkins and dips.
We did 5 rounds with the following reps for each round. 10, 9, 8, 7, 5 (39 total, 78 for what was double count). We finished up with 39 chest press back at the blocks and 39 LBCs. The running was almost perfect, I logged 3.89Km, was shooting for 3.9 to keep the 39 theme (that's 2.4 miles for you non mentric readers).
Really fun and hard working group today. Awesome to have Sweet C out, probably wouldnt have been his first choice with all the running but he did great. Kosar continued to lead the pax and crush it and the rest of the Davidson East fellas up on a great showing. I think it was Po and Lagger that I couldnt find in the directory. Gents, thank you so much for the support and push these last years. Looking forward to what my year 40 has in store for me!
