At 6:30, there were 2, veterans including YHC and Sonar. We decided to give it a minute as others were likely coming in hot. By 6:34 there were 4, including first timer Iron Horse and back after long hiatus Mater. There were yoga mats, blankets and some kind of folded up red thing that Mater brought. We set out on our walk and cruised through the gas lines. Mater said his back was tight, so we spent a lot of time stretching hammies and glutes. We almost forgot child's pose but we got it in just under the wire.
- Though we try to find our zen, conversations turned political, especially when we got to the subject of CRT (the CRT other than Cathode Ray Tube, Sonar wins the prize for remembering that's how TV's used to work…..and in nuclear submarines apparently)
- At the end of our time, Iron Horse goes into tripod to full on head stand in perfect form, quite impressive
- Mater shared his thoughts on a number of subjects, turns out his view on many things is quite simple…..It's stupid
- Let's keep Sonar in our prayers as he makes some challenging decisions.
