The Thang

Round 1:

Mosey to back playground:

Counter is flipping Michelle, jump in and out of tire and do a burpee.  10x. Rows with bball pole, shrugs with battering ram and pullups/hanging toe touches.  Pax rotate through 4 stations.

Mosey to front playground

Counter is 20x Willy worms on swing.  Dips on bench, incline mericans and block skull crushers.  Pax rotate through.

Mosey to top of LBH and do 30x WWIs.

Round 2:

Mosey to back playground:

Counter is flipping Michelle, jump in and out of tire and do a burpee.  8x. Rows with bball pole, switch it up to block curls and pullups/hanging toe touches.  Pax rotate through 4 stations.

Mosey to front playground

Counter is 20x Willy worms on swing.  Dips on bench, incline mericans and block skull crushers.  Pax rotate through.

Mosey to top of LBH and do 30x WWIs.

Counter is flipping Michelle, jump in and out of tire and do a burpee.  7x. (got us to 25 total for the day). Rows with bball pole, switch it up to block curls and pullups/hanging toe touches.  Pax rotate through 4 stations.

Reflection: Matthew 13:18-23

Parable of the sower and the seed with emphasis on the reflection pertaining to the seed sown amongst the thorns which cause it to be choked out and die.  Thorns can come in all sizes and can grow insidiously- sometimes the drive for success, wealth and other desires make our solid foundation less willing and able to be changed for the better when God looks to act in our lives.

Thanks to Mulligan for joining for a pre-workout buoy swim!

-Anvil quickly pointed out the exercise groupings did not adequately consider the overuse of specific muscle groups and the Q should have taken that into planning.  Can’t really disagree with that one.

-Tonka gets stronger each workout and is now part of the Saturday regulars!

-Strudel gave a lesson on the need to admit forgetfulness and something else I can’t remember.
