Island 5: 25 LBCs IC
Then island 4, 3, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 then
Island 6: 30 Skull Crushers SC
Then undo the Island work starting with Island 6: 30 Skull Crushers
There was going to be some light running in the middle, but YHC awoke to a throbbing big toe in the middle of the night. Turns out there really wasn’t time anyway.
Didn’t get Mary in at the end either, but at least we did 150 LBCs.
Think we did 180 cinder block curls in all.
