Mosey to back, 10 hanging toe touches and 10 pull ups. Grab a block and mosey back to parking lot.
Two pax mosey with kayak overhead SEAL rib boat style while one pax carries block. Stop 2x on way to clubhouse and swap out after doing 5x Burpees.
At clubhouse parking lot:
Round 1: Three pax lift kayak and perform 10x copperhead squats in cadence, lay on ground and do 15x 4 count flutter kicks holding kayak overhead.
Run around clubhouse
Round 2: Three pax lift kayak and perform 10x copperhead squats in cadence, lay on ground and do 10x mericans in cadence while doing continuous count flutter kicks holding kayak overhead.
Run around clubhouse.
Round 3: Three pax lift kayak and perform 10x copperhead squats in cadence, lay on ground and do 10x mericans in cadence while doing continuous count flutter kicks holding kayak overhead.
Mosey back to clubhouse as before stopping 2x for 5 Burpees.
Return block to back playground and out of time!

MT 14: 22-36
At once Jesus spoke to them, “Take courage, it is I; do not be afraid.” Peter said to him in reply,
“Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the water.”
He said, “Come.”
Peter got out of the boat and began to walk on the water toward Jesus. But when he saw how strong the wind was he became frightened; and, beginning to sink, he cried out, “Lord, save me!”
Immediately Jesus stretched out his hand and caught him,
and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?”
After they got into the boat, the wind died down.
Those who were in the boat did him homage, saying,
“Truly, you are the Son of God.”
When are we being called to walk into a storm and asked to trust in God that we will not be harmed?
Moleskin:
-During the kayak copperhead squats Dandelion faced me 18” away and made eye contact and started to perform squat motion which created PTSD moment.
-Strudel shared how he is now out of the Tesla market after kids day care smashed up following uncommanded acceleration.
