Mosey to the Flag pole

10 burpees mosey around the flag pole to the half way mark and do 10 more burpees

repeato for a total of 40 burpees.

Mosey to the tennis courts

20 Merkins mosey around the outside edge of the tennis court and meet your teamate at the half way mark and do 20 merkins 

repeato for a total of 80 merkins

Mosey to the track practice field

50 Squats mosey around the practice field and meet your teamate at the half way mark and do 50 Squats

repeato for a total of 150 squats

Mosey to the LP 

50 LBC mosey to the half way mark around the parking lot and meet your teamate and do 50 LBC. Mosey back to the LP and 50 more LBC. 

Cool down lap of the parking lot
