Warm-up 

All IC – 20 SSH, 10 merkins, 10 cherry pickers, 10 merkins, 10 windmills, 10 merkins

Thang 

Run from clubhouse to Preservation Point Drive. 2 stops along the way for 25 merkins OYO and 25 squats OYO.

Set: Launch from Swamp Thing's cul de sac. 25 merkins at the bottom of the hill, 25 of your favorite ab exercise at the top of the hill. AYOP (at your own pace). 2.5 times through. 

Run back to clubhouse with two stops along the way. 25 merkins OYO at each stop.

Option: at clubhouse parking entrance: 1) AYG run up to stop sign at main road and back to clubhouse parking lot or 2) merkins and squats at entrance to clubhouse parking lot. 

2.85 miles running total with a decent number of reps throughout.

  • Grip was waiting on us to show this morning. Great to see you out and awesome work. Name of workout came from Grip's feedback at the end of the workout. Q took and incorporated feedback in-flight too….aim to please.
  • Germanator was sporting some new kicks with turbo boost technology…..dude was pushing pace on the AYG run. Enjoy vacation next week at the beach man…..hope the weather holds up for you guys.
  • Pinky's son Matt got an offer from one of the premier global professional services firms!! 
  • Surf passing along sound financial advice.
  • Fair amount of discussion about German vehicles during the workout. 
  • Talked about a few of the Pax that were not in attendance this morning. Had to be there to hear the discussion.
  • Lots to be thankful for and some prayers sent up for kids returning to school, dealing with the pandemic and those with substance abuse issues.
