6 of the fastest pax in F3 Lake Norman crushed 70 burpees and hills at FKT. Here's what happened:

Enron, Auto, DH, Frodo and Mr. Holland met for a 2 mile standard. Strong.

YHC joined the above PAX for the last .02 miles of the standard. Weak.

Run through Birkdale to greenway and stop at the bottom of the entrance to the Robbins Park neighborhood.
TC and Hoodie continued on for some recovery miles.
Start off with 16 burpees
Do a long suicide stopping at each intersection going counter clockwise up Preserve Pond Rd. Everytime you make it back to bottom of the hill at the greenway, decrease the burpees by 2.
Run back to Summit.

- Everyone completed 70 burpees and got a little over 4 miles of hard running in. Solid work gents!
- There were mumblings that FKT wasn’t supposed to take to the hills until the end of the month, but Christmas came early today.
