Posting for those that like credit for any workout possible (ok, me, (Sonar))
Nine (I think, let me know if I missed anyone) of Denver's finest ventured to Bailey Road Park and violated Sonar's limit of crossing the Catawba more than once in a month. But it was worth it to get together for LKN's 10-year anniversary!
Clark and Hefty led the Denver exercises while the remaining PAX suffered through seemingly endless rounds of merkins and burpees. Honestly, I think Clark and Hefty got the short end of the stick(s) on that having to lug the 69# nightmare coupons from group to group.
On the bright side, I think F3Denver won the exercise of the day

Awesome COT with 172 PAX reminded us how lucky we are to have found F3 and what it means to so many of us.
Coffeeteria on-site turned into an intimate breakfast for six in a corner booth at Westlake but we'll keep the details between us.
