Doing MARY in self-induced puddles

3 men emerged from the gloom to run a 2.5-mile fellowship standard. (Great job, Tantrum and Jingle Bells).  It was noted that Turnpike "liked" the comment about the standard, but was missing.  However, we press on and pray for him.

The rest of the 12 showed up at 5:30 (ish) and were ready to go.  I adminstered the proper disclaimer and had us all circle up right where we stood.

MOLESKIN:

-I was so glad to see such great men this morning in the gloom.  Always a pleasure to be a part of it and an honor to have been the one suggesting direction (emphasis on suggesting)

-Everyone gave it their all this morning and it showed not only in their resolve, but their motivations toward each other.  That's what F3 is supposed to be!

-Special thanks to those whom shall remain unnamed (mostly because it was everyone) that kept YHC in check and helped me adapt my ideas to better accommodate reality.

-This is my mantra for F3 for a while: "Get up and post for yourself AND someone else."  You don't have to set all your fitness goals aside to help a brother who has his own.  You just have to show him A WAY, then get out of his.

-As for the workout title; if any of you posted within the last few days, it should need no explanation.  For those of you who haven't, OH MAN are you missing out on some crazy tough fun!
