Warm up:

Thee burpee, SSH 31x, IST 20, TS 15x, windmill 10x, merkin time bomb 5-4-3-2-1

The Thang:

Short mosey to the rock pile

Every PAX selected a rock (all exerciese w rock)

calf raises (toes in 15x, toes our 15x, toes regular 15x)

Squat 20x, alt side lunge 20, alt forward or backward lunge 20

Plank walk across st and back

Bent over row 20x, super man 5

W 20x, low flutter 20x

Lunge with twist across st and back

shoulder press 15x, scorpion drydock 20x

Curls (low 10x, high 10x, full 11x)

Lunge walk across st and back

Chest press 20x, staggered merking on rock 20x

skull crushers 15x, dips 20x

plank walk across st and back

8 count body builder 10

Pledge then mosey back to homebase

Mary:

merkin time bomb 5-4-3-2-1, WWII w V up 20, heels to heaven 20x, break dancer 20x, thee burpee

Moleskins:

5 for standard: Thug, Cousin Eddie, Einstein, Riverboat, Omega

Since Outlaw as late I add 1 addtional burpee and I guess he was ok with it

Wonderful bacon smell at our warm up location

The PAX had some trouble counting, especially Scrappy

Uncle Rico could find is normal boulder, I think Moses took it, strong!

Great to see Moses and Possum vernture to Cornelius from Davidson

Jazzhands was getting back to normal chatter since he did not have any medical procedure

Counting improved through out the workout and last merkin time bomb was perfect!
