Run a short lap around a parking lot island then repeat 2 times 

 

20 dumbbell press

20 mericans 

10 triceps kick back w/ dumbbell each arm

20 KB curls

20 KB squat to press 

 

Run a short lap around a parking lot island after the first round

Then one other Mary suggested by Greyhound but I don’t recall the name but it sucked as I struggled to do it.

2 PAX this morning. Greyhound (FNG-1 bc he is not listed) has become a regular lately for The Blender.  It was good to see him as we helped push each other.  I personally needed to get back out after having a tough & emotional time after losing my Dad.
