1st Hurricane.  4 sets of 10x each Austrailaina Pullups, Merkins, Abs of choice, then run around the island +/-200 yards

Static Holds 30 seconds each: People's Chair, Balls To the Wall, 

Mosey around the long way

2nd Hurricane 4 sets of 10x each (with rocks): Squats, bicep curls, chess press, skull crushers then run +/- 200 yards

8 count bodybuilders in cadence x 15
