  • YHC is dealing with a knee injury from IPC week one so I gave the option to mosey around to the pull up bars or walk and stretch with me

The Thing

  • 4 minute AMRAP of the following
  • 10 block mericans alternating sides
  • 10 8 count body builders
  • 10 pull ups
  • repeat until time is up
  • 10 count in between sets
