The running of the Vern was underway
- 1 Mile Run
- 10 Pull Ups
- 20 Dips
- 25 Merkins
- 30 LBCs
- 5 Rounds of above with laps in between
- 1 Mile Run
Moleskin:
- FKT went to Kachow, Frodo tried but it was never a contest today
- Frodo did easily take 2nd place while YHC and DH did our best to pressure him
- Strong work by all the PAX today but shout out to Kosar who continues to get stronger each month, Slingshot making easy work of the Std and Vern, another Pax who is becoming more of a beast everyday
- Many Pax noticed and mumble chattered how nice it is to see DH posting, hope it becomes a regular thing
- Confusion in the gloom is Frodo Lego? Not sure who was insulted but they are clearly different people.
- Confirmed that CherryBomb is indeed scared of the Vern, think he was taking care of a puppy which apparently is an exceptable excuse according to DH. If only F3 would become dog friendly
- The FREE coffee winner Kachow showed us all that the work doesn't stop with the title, he then ran 2 miles home. Maybe he had to make lunches and get kids on the bus just like Hoodie?
