On a muggy Sept. Friday morning, 4 PAX braved the humidity to show up and run Odyssey. It was double the participation from last week so things are trending up.
The route was SpaceX, an out-and-back jaunt into Ramsey Creek Park and back to Birkdale.
- 2/4 PAX chose the red pill and ran fast
- An equal number chose the blue pill and focused on heart rate awareness
Regardless of choice, all knocked out 6 miles and started their Friday out right.
