6 of the toughest pax in Isotope finished off the Ironpax Challenge with Week 4. Here is their story:

THE THANG: 
 

Exercises are to be done in sets of 25 reps. After completing 25 reps, run to the cone that is 25 yards away and do 3 burpees. After the 3 burpees, run back and continue with exercise.

 

200 curls

175 squats

150 Overhead Press

125 Kettlebell Swings

100 Merkins

75 Thrusters

50 Bonnie Blairs (right leg-left leg = 1 rep)

25 Blockees

NMS:

  • Toughest week of the Ironpax 2021 by far…mericans from your knees to failure is a humbling experience
  • All the pax finished 900 reps in the allotted time
  • Lego was shot out of a cannon this morning…crushed it
  • Cherry Bomb's form and intensity level on every movement is top notch
  • Auto blasted through the mericans like he was fresh 
  • Smokey is getting all the fitness in October…this morning was a great start
  • Turncoat added in skull crushers and WWII situps as a big middle finger in the sky to the IPC
  • Thanks for joining a really tough morning. Good to have the GBs knock out at least one week of the IPC. Thanks to Cherry Bomb for encouraging and motivating our region to do hard things.
