LD pushed through his first heavy lifting since his PE and recovery. Strong push today brother. It's great to have you back.

Diehard second guessed his circle location as he was next to the vocal one. He lived to tell about it but it was dicey. Way to stay and push through DH.

AOL flew through the workout like it was nothing. I will have to challenge him more next time it seeems. Strong.

TF was exhausted from his recent travels since being an empty nester. Today's work probably didn't help much. Way to persevere.

Frogger let the Tesla do all the work today while he worked on his safety score. Pretty soon, the Tesla will be Q'ing for him. Well done to you both.

Goat crushed the challenge and didnt even seem winded. It must be all that retirement time that allows him to recover like that. Well done sir.

That was a push to get all 1050 reps. *Fun fact, YHC added Deadlifts as well in the first round so we really did 1100 reps. Not bad for the end of the week. Thanks to The Force for allowing me the opportunity to Q. Now it's your turn to get on the calendar and lead.
