Three fellas came out to Muscle Bee-Atch to discuss current supply chain issues with the accompaniment of dumbbells. It was glorious

Warm-o-Rama

SSH, TS, Cotton Pickers, Arms circle (little, big and reverse)

The Thang

Weighted reps with dumbells. We did 15 or 10 reps of each of these consecutively by body part

Shoulders

  • Should rolls forward

  • Shoulder rolls back

  • Overhead Press

  • Front raise

  • Side raise (aka The Iron Cross)

  • Upright row

  • Reverse shoulder flies

  • Arnold press

Chest/Tri

  • Mercan row

  • Chest Fly with bridge and alternating leg lifts

  • Overhead extension with closed press

  • One hand skull crusher

  • Tri extensions

  • Curb dips

Back/Bi

  • Bent over row

  • Lawn mowers

  • 7 curls

  • Hammers (aka Hammered)

  • Bent over iso curls

  • Wrist curls on knees

Legs

  • Squat with OH press

  • Lunge with curl

  • Calf raises

Abs

  • W ups

  • 1/2 Turkish get up

  • Dying cockroach

  • WWII with jabs

  • OH pull crunch (aka El Tigre Special)

We did this 1.6 times

Moleskine

  • Supply chain issues prevented a fulsome chalking each of these exercises in the gazebo lot, so we instead called them out during each body part

  • It was kinda like a brick workout (I Love My Brick) but with a little more resistance

  • Supply chain issues are impacting both dry goods for vending purposes and auto tires

  • Only had three out today, potentially due to 1) tapering for Tuna this weekend, 2) lethargy and/or 3) the Q

  • Prayers lifted up for today’s playlist by 911 in absentia. It featured some really angry music

  • Neighborhood Oktoberfest this weekend. May need an HOA ruling – does bringing a keg to share still fall under the “BYOB” requirement?
