- Part One partner up (Jersey boy with Mr.Holland, Soprano with Cobra Kai):
- run from the end the park meet up in the middle and runbackward follow with burpees 10…go down to 1, Total 75 burpees
- and then REPEADO!
- Part Two: Push the truck
- one push forward 5 seconds and the other resist and push down the hand spin arounf 10 each

- Part Three: push and fireman carry
- one push forward 7 seconds and the other resist and push down the hand and lift up the partner on the shoulder and walk forward 5 steps 10 each

- Part Four: park gymnastic and puul ups
- one do bar fronts straigh leg dip 10,9,8,….1 and partner do pull ups 10,9,8…1
