3 pax joined forces @ Fission and put some hard work in this morning.
We went to check out a rock pile that YHC saw while running a standard this morning.
Here is what we did this morning:
Moseyed, disclaimer provided, warmed up, moseyed to rock pile to perform 3 rounds of curls, overhead presses, bent over rows, squats, skull crushers, and chest presses w/ low flutter – 12x IC, added "W" after 1st round, then Mason twists added after 2nd round, and WWII sit ups after 3rd round. After each round, we ran about 1/8 mile. Following rounds 2 and 3, we stopped at benches to do 10 step ups each leg, 20 dips, 20 incline mericans, and decline mericans. Rocks back.
Moseyed stopping along the way at 4 different light posts with 10 squats(1st), 10 mericans (2nd), Carolina dry docks(3rd), and 10 burpees (4th). Mosey to launch for Mary.
