400 Curls

600 Shoulder presses

800 Merkins/LBCs

Laps in between turns

 

MOLESKIN:

Seemed simple enough – but alas it was not.  Serious beatdown but everyone worked hard and finished. Prayers and Congratulations for Cousin Eddie and his M who will be having a baby in a few weeks.  Thanks to Cobra Kai for giving me the keys to the workout.
