Today at Java we recognized the 246th birthday of the Marine Corp and paid tribute to our military veterans. We mosied to the movie theater and started it off with the Pledge of Allegiance. T-clap to Titan for providing the American flag on his head.

After a little warmup with the long snappers, windmill, toy soldiers and imperial storm troopers, we mosied again down the greenway behind the theater to the Birkdale Village neighborhood.

We circled up in the culdesac for 2 sets of 4 exercises with 6 reps of each in cadence.  2-4-6 was the theme.  After some mountain climbers, squats, lunges and glute bridges we continued to Robbins Park.

At the picnic benches we continued with 2 sets each of incline Mericans, step ups, J lo and WWII sit-ups.

From there we mosied to the fountain at Kenton Place for Carolina dry docks, Apollo Ohno, pickle pounders and little baby crunches

we finished up back at the Green with exactly 3.1 miles and no time for Sister Mary

Leading these fine men today was an honor and a blessing.  Love and gratitude for all those who served!
