- 20 SSH IC
- 10 toy soldiers IC
- 10 Slow deep squats
- 10 slow windmills IC
- 10 Carrot Pullers IC
- 10 Merkins IC
Grab the blocks for the 1st set of exercises:
Set 1
- 10 Step ups OYO
- 10 WWII Sit ups
- 10 Squats with block
- 10 low flutters
Run a lap around the parking lot
Set 2
- 10 chest press IC
- 10 Hip thrusters with blocks
- 10 Peter Parkers
- 10 Reverse lunge with blocks
Set 3
Start off with 1 hanging leg raise, then run to the middle of the parking lot and do 10 forward and reverse lunges for each leg (forward + reverse = 1). Then run back and do 2 hanging leg raises and 9 forward and reverse lunges, and so on.
YHC should have done the math there, that was a lot lunges!
