The Thank: A 1-mile run,
followed by 100 pullups,
200 pushups, and
300 unweighted squats,
followed by another 1-mile run.
We still have 5 minutes to spare,while waiting the other packs
Omega- Bicycle sit ups
Strombolli – frog sit ups

The gloom was cold but we powered through "The Murph" as a pack of wolf and ourselves better!!!
