Started the day with Rocket Burpees (suicides with burpees at the turnaround point) 34 total I think.
Did a random draw four corners (picked a mystery excercise from the F3 deck at each corner). completed 4 revolutions.
Plus a few other "because we are here" excercises
Finished off with the standard fair of mary excercises.
Alot of mumble chatter and other tom foolery
Got my mind off of the horrible weekend with the Buckeyes, Browns, Panthers all loosing. At least the Rockets won!
