Why are we going up all the hills?


So 13 pax emerged in the gloom and chose not to let the fartsack get the best of them. Everyone was planning to run somewhere between 3-5 miles along the traditional 5@5 route. But prior to embarking, Sudz proposed that we run the new greenway route in reverse. And little did any of us know but it was gonna be some major hill training.

We were all better for running the hills and then we enjoyed coffee.
