9 Pax braved the Omaha bootcamp Q. The strength based workout had no SSH or running planned.
The Thang
- Warm up and mosey to the blocks
- 5 minutes of blocks for each muscle group
- Legs
- chest
- back
- triceps
- biceps
- shoulders
- Legs again
- fished out with Mary and Mobility
The Moleskin
- Canuck was upset the bootcamp did not have any running and decided to add a lap in between the sets.
- There was some grumbling that the workout did not include SSH. Is there a rule all worksouts have to have SSH? I think not!
- In the end, I am pleased that the PAX feels comfortable to do their own thing when needed and happy they did not run off.
