Find a rock & Zamparini to the elbow of the parking lot 

 

Bear crawl to closed end of the parking lot then run back to the elbow 

 

20 mericans 

20 curls 

20 skull crushers 

20 swings 

20 squat to press 

 

Lunge walk to the circle in parking lot then run around it back to the elbow 

 

Repeat 

Decrease the five exercises with the rock by 2 each time you pass by the elbow until finishing round of 10 reps. 

 

Return the rocks
