The Amazon Push and Pull

15 nearly famous, local work-out artists gathered together in the 50+ degree darkness of their favorite Monday AO for a push and pull fest-o-rama. Here’s a brief synopsis of the activities enjoyed by ALL:

 
NOTE: I have chosen to write the “Thang” primarily in Amazon packing language, so as to be understood by everyone.  It follows:
 
While running around the lot we are to be making sure not to follow Crocs’ lead
 
Circle up near block landing for our most enjoyable warm up exercises.  Be careful not to use the wrong hand in doing these items.
 
SSH X 100 is for your good times
 
Down dog for left handed foot and for right handed foot
 
IST X 15 is easy
 
Slow Squats are going down to count 3 and then rise X 15
 
The ‘Merican Push-up X 15  
 
WWII @ 15
 
The Windmill is having a slow stretch to one side and the other X 15 
 
Form a line to follow another and take in your hand a block and walk to a circle at the end of this walk
 
The Curl X 15
 
Be happy to run to a pull-up bar and enjoy 10 of them
 
Return to the circle of the blocks
 
Calypso abandoned us for gloves, so all people worked for 10 burpees 
 
Endeavor back to the bars of pulling up and do them 10 times for a second time
 
To be running back to the circle of blocks. Block squat with a block on your person x 15
 
Again to run to the pull up place of pleasure.  Pull-up @ 10
 
Continuing on to run the lot in a clock like direction.  Stop the run when finding more blocks of the same usage.
 
Staggered ‘Merican @ 10 for the left half side and 10 for the right half side
 
Freddy Mercury X 15 for the fun time
 
Squat to press  @ 15 as a person is liking to have
 
Running again to the bars for pulling up.  Chin-up @ 10
 
In the clock type way run again following another man
 
For fairness to Calypso, perform 10 burpees more for your pleasure
 
Place the block on the hard surface and put the feet into it for making 25 sit-ups of the normal type.
 
Choose to run against the clock way and end at the pulling bars.
 
One time again choose of your pleasure a pull-up or a chin-up @ 10.
 
For the final time hurry to the block grouping,  Have overhead presses X 15
 
Funnily return the blocks to the home they were in using an order which is good
 
Complete the exercising run back to that place of starting.
 
Crocs took the stretching home for all men of being present.
 
Recover.  Recover.
