So I am slow on the BB, for that I am sorry – work!
I have never been to an F3 Christmas party even though is is the most discussed thing all year at announcements (sad). If fact, we need to have a Holy Crap it is summer party so we have something else to look forward too.
I personally stopped by the party for the first 2 hours, but then had to leave to get home. Was sorry I missed Swing State's speech! For those of you that didn't go, the mini sliders where easily the best I have ever had. We need to hire that company for the Summer Holy Crap Party!
Was not sure who was going to be able to hit the party and still rise and shine for a good old post, so I wanted to make sure I was at least Qing one – LOL
Unfortunately, no one that posted had gone to the party the night before. I think they headed to Dragon Slayer because it was much closer to BYE.
The Thingy Summarized:
Lots of burpees 😉
A good number of pull ups
We messed around with the blocks – curls, shoulder press, blockies, etc..
Did some lunges, step ups, wall sits, balls to the wall.
In honor of Samson suicides, I did a round of suicides with burpees and pull ups.

Since I moved to Davidson, Samson is not an AO I get to very much but love LFC as a location. It was a pleasure to lead such a willing group. I did my best to wear them out, but each man hung in strong!
Here is to next Christmas party that not enough PAX went to, or the first Holy Crap Summer Party LOL
