Mosey to the bottom of Exploration Hill.

Mosey to the top 10 Copper head squats at the top and mosey back down

Sprint to the first light and Mosey the rest of the up 10 Monkey humpers IC mosey back down

Mosey to the first light and Sprint the rest of the way up 10 Deep Squats on my count mosey back down

Sprint the whole way up and Colt 45 at the top (15- half squats, 15 regular squats,15 deep squats) mosey back down

Quadraphelia to the top and give SWFL the option on how to get back to the LP 

        1 we go back to Little Egypt 

        2 we go out the front gate to 73. 

He picked 2. Good choice
