Mosey around the parking lot with some high knees and butt kickers. Circle up for sst, ist, toy soldiers, windmill, Americans, arm circles front and back.
The t h a n g
We grabbed some blocks and zamperinid down to the turf fields. Lining up across the sideline of the soccer field, we got to work. YHC started things off a little rocky while I shook the rust off, here is how it was supposed to go, we'll just pretend everything went exactly according to plan.
With the pax lined up, first exercise was squats X10 IC then mosey to the first Red line (with some debate about what constituted a red line) and back.
Round two was squats, then curls both X10 IC. MOSI to the centerline of the field and back.
Round three was squats, curls, shoulder press all X10 IC, MOSI to 3/4 across the field and back
Round four was squats, curls, shoulder press, skull crushers all X10 IC, MOSI to the other side line and back.
Once back, we put it all together for eight count burners X8 IC.
Then we partnered up for some Dora. Partner a would farmer carry both blocks to the quarter line, five incline Americans on the blocks, leave the blocks and mosey back. Partner B would then mosey down five incline mercans and farmer carry the blocks back. The partner staying at the line would do world War II sit-ups.
Repeato to the half line then again to the 3/4 line then again fully across the field.
Then we came back down the ladder from across the field, then three quarters, then half then quarter or this round we switched to squats instead of ww2s.

We circled up at center field with the blocks. YHCstarted it off with a high school football throwback. Rocky Balboa on the blocks for 60 seconds, when yhc yelled down, the pax dropped for a block merkin and back up.
Then we closed it out with some lawn mowers, oblique side bends and some slowwwwww deeeeep Americans.
