Uncle Rico was in his normal beast mode. He did not miss an execise, did all 50 pull ups without assisatnce and then called 10 hand release Burpees. Can I get a "Holy Moly"?
There was an Oyster sighting today. Always great to have the angry mullusk in attendance. He was in a good mood this morning so this being back to work thing must be agreeing with him!

LIttle Professor is not so little anymore. No doubt he is staying in shape for football. He stepped up like a grown man and took us out in COT!!!! But LP did steal the Crunchy Frog away from the YHC …supwitdat 🙂
