The last Fartlek of the year was also the most respectful w/ 4 pax in attendance over 50. YHC was the designated War Baby at 51.
YHC, Die Hard, Ultraman logged just over 7 miles and Rocket audibled for just over 5 miles of running this morning.
The route took us from the Clubhouse to Glen Miro down Stumptown past Grand Oak and towards St. Marks where a group of men were seen performing Monkey Humpers as we ran by. What a nice morning salute. Once up Hill Marry we took a turn down Ranson and towards the Greenway past Big Foot and finished up Wynfield Creek Parkay and back to the Clubhouse.
