A Fantastic day for Fallout. Merkins and Squats.Run a lap on the track. Over to the facilities for some wall work and picnic table stuff.Grab some cinder blocks and crush some reps. (Various exercises)Mary: On our sixes for some six pack maintenance.Recover RecoverPrayers for Carpet Bagger for a speedy recovery.Moleskin: So according to TBone you only need 38 minutes for an optimum workout. We stuck with the F3 prescribed 45, but honestly between mumble chatter and corner cutting you probably could have shaved off a minute per Pax… Bam 38! Well maybe 2 minutes from YHC Snake Eyes never cuts corners…Thanks for the lead Tantrum!
