Event: Real School Gardens at Whitewater Middle School

Who: http://www.realschoolgardens.org/  REAL School Gardens creates learning gardens to help students succeed. They work with hundreds of volunteers to build learning gardens in low-income elementary schools in just one day. They also provide teacher training to improve student engagement and academic achievement.

What: Clearing and preparing the front island for September planting. We have some tools, but any extras would be appreciated as well.  We could use wheelbarrows, shovels (regular, not hand trowels), metal rakes, and hammers.  Anyone coming would probably do well to have their own gloves too.
