Q School at Excelsior / The Estate March 17

This is a Preblast for "Q School" on March 17, to be held at Barnette Elementary (Excelsior and The Estate AOs) starting at 0600.

We'll plan to use the first hour (Excelsior) for an interactive beatdown.  The second hour will feature a discussion on topics ranging from the F3 Mission Statement and History to considerations for Qs as they plan for their VQ (first Q) or refine their Q skills.
