5 years ago in May Crack EH'd YHC to attend my first F3 workout. I would like to take a week to give back to my Race City brothers and put a challenge out there to encourage everyone to push themselves a little bit harder this week. Listed below is the point system that we will use to earn points. 10 points total for the week and you will earn a Patch.
Pre Workout Standard = 1
Workout = 2
Bringing out FNG = 2
Bringing out Kotter = 1
Kotter coming back out = 1
EH a non Race City F3 guy to Attend a workout in Race City = 1
Ruck On Workout = 1
Black Ops =3
This is the point system for the week. There will be a Black Ops workout one evening this week. There will be a preblast for that event posted around noon the day of the event!! See you all in the gloom!
