YHC would like to give thanks for 3 Years of F3 by Qing a nice little #TripleDown at Richard Barry Park on 18-Aug-2018. The schedule is as follows:
- 0500: "The River Rat 10k". Just like the title suggests, it is 10k or 6.2 miles of straight running. All paces welcome, and PAX can start earlier if needed to complete before 0600. Headlamp recommended.
- 0600: "Excelsior", which is a "Running with Pain Stations" workout. Expect some 2nd F pace along with core work and light upper body.
- 0700: "The Estate", which is a bootcamp workout. Gloves recommended.
- 0800: YHC will buy coffee for anyone who completes any 2 of the 3, and YHC will buy coffee + bagel for any PAX who completes all 3.
