Project Ten Fold is a contest. A contest designed to spark the Lake Norman Region PAX to develop a sustainable, high-impact charity in the local area benefiting our community.

Project Ten Fold is an example of creating impact and is designed to be a sustainable impact for years to come. It is to be funded by donations and funds generated through t-shirt sales, and other LKN activities, such as he Basin Run Relay.
F3LKN is chocked full of HIMs. A number of these HIMs have already spearheaded some truly sustainable missions here in LKN (The Basin Run AND SpeedForNeed LKN). A little seed money could really make a difference in the LKN region? Nothing is too small or too big. You are limited only by your imagination.
"LKN has all it could need.", you say? Here are a few philanthropic ideas that could get some legs with a little cash and someone to lead it:
- An annual brew run/ruck/ride benefiting a local school
- "Daddies Read" buying books for local schools and committing to reading in them
- Building wheel chair ramps for those in need at no cost
You get the idea.
The Rules are Simple (because we are simple)
Rules:
1.) PAX must develop a pitch for their idea outlining how the $1000 will be used and be sustainable for future activities. Teams are encouraged.
2.) Charity must impact the LKN area
3.) Charity must not already be established
4.) Winning pitch(s) will be determined prior to the Annual Christmas Party by the LKN BOD and presented at the Annual Christmas Party – more to come
5.) Pitches/proposals must be submitted via https://tinyurl.com/ybfomlnn by Oct 31st
