It's back! For it's seventh year the annual rucking event will be kicking off from Lake Forest Church on Gilead Road in Huntersville. 2100 sharp we begin so you should probably show up at 2030 at the latest.
Standard GoRuck packing list applies. 30 pounts dry if you are over 150lbs. 20 pounds dry if you are under 150lbs. Make sure you bring a full bladder and a nalgene type water bottle. This event is later in the year than usual so it could be hot, or cold…The Qs will be inspecting rucks during the admin phase! If you need gear we can find you some. There is no excuse!
You will be in for a night of fun and sweat. Very little will be put out concerning the actual event as it is critical you are mentally unprepared for whats about to happen to you. Be ready to ruck some miles though. One might consider this good training for a Star Course.
