Game time!
If you're not doing the Palmetto 200 then come over to BRP this Saturday! We're going to incorporate some workout into a game of either Ultimate Frisbee/Jolly Ball.
I signed up for the Q at Isotope (BRP) for the Sat. after the BRR. My thought is simple. Jolly Ball is fun and with so many PAX running the week before I thought it would be a fun break after all the training.
My Plan is this, try to get at least 2 teams of 7 players so bring your friends and FNG's especially!
This is not a tournament. I want it to be competitive fun but there are no refs and I don't want it to get competitive were guys might get upset/mad at bad calls or losing. That is not the spirit of this game for us.
If we stick to the 1-hour Sat. workout time, then we can squeeze in 3 x 20 min games. That should be plenty of running and fitness.
I need team captains to recruit a team. Who is going to man up?? Come up with a fun team name (if you can).. I ask that as the teams are created you post them on this PB with Captain/Team Name/Players. I would like to know before the 15th what to expect. If I am the only person there, then I will be sad.
If anyone wants to play more after 8am, then we can keep playing for anyone that wants to play.
