My school orchestras from JM Alexander Middle and North Meck High School will be performing at the Hello Huntersville Music and Arts Festival on Sunday, May 5th in downtown Huntersville. I need help transporting music stands to and from the location that weekend and with stage set up at the event. Below is what I'll need help with that weekend, if you can help in any way that would be great, please just email at kmstephenj.taperek@cms.k12.nc.us if you can!
- Stand Transportation
- ?Arrive at North Meck High School at 5:00PM to pick up music stands.
- Store stands at your home from Friday evening until Sunday morning.
- Bring stands to Hello Huntersville on Sunday at 12PM (Noon)
- Store stands at your home Sunday night.
- Bring stands back to North Meck High School when you can on Monday, May 6th.
- Stage Crew
- ?Assist with moving chairs and stands as needed on the day of the performance.
- Arrive @ Hello Huntersville at 12PM (Noon)
