Man Maker Monday CONAN-19 Virtual Kettlebell Workout – Week 1

Warm up

19 Side Straddle Hops, 19 Windmills, 19 Toy Solders, 19 Imperial Storm Troopers

The Thing

All with Kettlebell – 19 Exercises and 19 Reps – Repeat for 45 Minutes

Modify as needed

  1. Squat
  2. Bent Over Row
  3. Upright Rows
  4. Overhead Press
  5. Chest Press
  6. ‘Mericans on Kettlebell – Modify if needed
  7. Burner (8 count – deadlift, curl, overhead press, skull crusher, back down to squat)
  8. Stack them Shelves – Right Side (We need TP for our bungholes!)
  9. Stack then Shelves – Left Side (Never have enough TP)
  10. Kettlebell Burpees – Modify if needed
  11. Lawn Mower – Right Side
  12. Lawn Mower – Left Side
  13. High Curls
  14. Low Curls
  15. Curls
  16. Skull Crushers
  17. Carolina Dry Docks on Kettlebell – Modify if needed
  18. Reverse Lunge
  19. WWII Sit Up

Symptoms – Shortness of Breath, Tiredness and Swollenness

Suggested Playlist – Anvil of Crom – on a continuous loop

Yeah, this all will take longer than 45 minutes, but no commute or COT, so we are all good!

  • Perform the workout at home at the designated time 5:30 am Monday morning or whenever the mood strikes you.
