There is no charge to attend the event– the food venue, and a live band are covered for this year's party! Pay your own way on drinks. $1 from each drink purchased goes to Operation Sweet Tooth.
Again, there is limited capacity due to Covid, so sign up now to reserve your spot.
General event info:
- We have the entire Boatyard LKN to ourselves- this includes outdoor space, with heaters and a firepit, as well as the large indoor area
- Date and Time: 6-10pm, Wednesday, December 2nd
- We will be following state restaurant guidelines and restrictions. Act the same way you would if going to a restaurant, bring a mask and be respectful of the restaurant and others at the event. Do not come if you aren't feeling well or have a temperature.
- This event is open to Pax of all subregions of F3LKN. Everyone is invited to bring their M to the event with them.
What do I need to do:
- Register: HC for the event by contacting Professor at eqcortez2012@gmail.com and letting him know if you are coming solo or w/ the M. Professor is keeping the RSVP list and will be at the door. HC if you want to reserve your spot.
- Again, there is no cost to attend the event. If you have already signed up and paid, your spot is reserved and Professor will refund your $.
- We do ask that you consider bringing $20 cash at the door + an unwrapped gift, both as donations to Operation Sweet Tooth (OST). Obviously feel free to give more.
- Bring additional cash to participate in the raffles. We will have a few items to raffle off, as well as a 50/50 raffle this year. Again, all proceeds from the night will go to OST.
- We will also need donations for the raffle, so please donate or reach out to a business that may be willing to donate.
What's on the Weinke:
- In addition to an awesome space, free food and a raffle, there will be a live band throughout the night.
- We will have an awards ceremony (hosted by Duvall), as well as a special guest speaker (Bleat), and the live raffle drawing.
- Turncoat is also putting together a picture slideshow for the night. If you have any photos please send to him neilmagnuson@gmail.com. We need as many photos as possible since events were limited this year.
