As part of F3 Nation's FreedToBleed initiative, F3LKN is hosting an American Red Cross blood donation event at Davidson College Presbyterian Church on December 30th from 10:00 am – 2:30 pm. Van Winkle from Metro says "This is the drive that should put us over 1,000 units and cause the local Red Cross CEO to do a bunch of burpees!"

- DONATE! Sign up here. Friends and family are welcome to donate! (If you have type O, A-, or B- blood please consider a Power Red donation. Per the ARC: "During a Power Red donation, you give a concentrated dose of red cells, the part of your blood used every day for those needing transfusions as part of their care. This type of donation uses an automated process that separates your red blood cells from the other blood components, and then safely and comfortably returns your plasma and platelets to you.")
- VOLUNTEER to help. We need at least two HIM to support the Red Cross with checking in donors and handing out snacks in 1:45 slots. Find a slot here.
