Gentlemen – start your engines. It's that beloved time of year again where we bond with F3 brethren across the nation to compete in that thing call the Iron PAX Challenge. This is driven by F3 Greenwood – home of the sick individuals that come up with these workouts. This year, we'll be celebrating IPC on Saturdays at Mustang. This week and next brings YHC out of retirement to Q (easy to Q a workout you didn't have to design) and falls right in the Kaczynski wheelhouse – merkins and jogging (if only there was a bike involved). The second half of September will be led by an individual that was born out of the IPC – none other than Toto himself. Toto's first F3 workout was an IPC week – we almost had to call an ambulance. Today – he crushes Spartans like they are kiddie runs. When asked for a quote about this week, Toto said, "prepare for the suck." Enlightened words from a philospher.
Specifically – this weekend is the warm up – officially week 0. Scores will be counted for weeks 1-4. To register to submit scores – go to the link below. This isn't required, but makes for a fun showing of F3LakeNorman PAX on the list. Some of you out there have the ability to rank well – do us proud!
Look forward to seeing everyone out there on Saturday (recognizing we may be light for Labor Day weekend).
