F3 LKN Christmas Party at Boatyard LKN

General Event Info:
-We have the entire Boatyard LKN to ourselves: includes indoor and outdoor space to spread out
–DATE and TIME: Wednesday DEC. 1st, 6-10pm
-We will follow state restaurant guidelines and restrictions
-Event open to PAX of all subregions of F3LKN
-Everyone is invited to bring their M
What do i need to do:
-REGISTER: to reserve your spot send $50 per PAX and $20 per M by Venmo @philpuma or cash (my cell is 704-578-8851 if you need it) If we get a total 100 PAX and M's ($35 per person) will cover the $3500 cost for food (beef tenderloin sliders, caprese, chicken teriyaki, twice baked potatoes, stuffed mushrooms, and shrimp cocktail). Some PAX have stepped forward to cover the gap if we do not have enough. The ultimate goal is to have a year celebration with as many PAX as possible so we ask all to come and just donate what you feel comfortable by VENMO or cash, but just let us know so we can count you in! Look forward to seeing you!
-Also, bring along unwrapped gifts for Operation Sweet Tooth
-We will also have a 50/50 again this year and few items to raffle off
-We will also need donations for the raffle, so please donate or reach out to a business that may be willing to donate
What's on the Weinkie:
-Food, music and a great space and a cash bar
-We will have an awards ceremony and live raffle drawing
-Turncoat with the assistance from Nair will be running a slide show of F3 pics, so please send some pics to neilmagnuson@gmail.com
