Come join in on the water fun this Saturday at SVU. Post at the clubhouse at 0700 (tri beforehand for those interested at 0530). Pool workout will involve some swimming obstacles, team challenges and other fun. Wear your bathing suit, goggles are optional. If you plan to post please let me know so I can keep an eye out for you to get in the gate by clubhouse.
